Experts have previously suggested that left-handed individuals tend to have stronger logical thinking abilities, while right-handed people excel in organizing and constructing things, traits believed to be innate. However, American scientists recently discovered that a small magnet can instantly turn a right-handed person into a left-handed one.

According to a report by the UK's *Daily Mail*, researchers at the University of California, Berkeley, conducted experiments on a group of right-handed participants, asking them to reach for objects on a table. The researchers then stimulated the "posterior parietal cortex" of their brains using a powerful magnet. When the magnet was placed over the left hemisphere of this region, the participants began favoring their left hand to pick up objects. However, when left-handed individuals were tested by moving the magnet to the right hemisphere of their brain, no changes were observed.

The "posterior parietal cortex" is responsible for processing bodily sensations and spatial information. When exposed to strong magnetic pulses, this region generates tiny electrical currents that interfere with brain cells, causing temporary disruptions in brain function. This method, known as "transcranial magnetic stimulation" (TMS), was published in the *Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences*.
