The four major factors affecting health—fat, mucus, toxins, and stress.
Let's start by discussing fat. If you have a daughter at home, have you noticed at what age she began to develop?
I often give lectures at schools, and nowadays, elementary school students on average start developing around the 4th grade, approximately 9 to 10 years old. Reflecting on our generation, at what age did girls start developing then?
It was after middle school, around 13 or 14 years old. Why is there such a significant difference of 3 to 5 years earlier between generations? Is this genetic? When Western medicine can't find a cause, it often attributes it to genetics.
Is it a good phenomenon that modern girls develop so early? No!
So, do we see modern middle school students with a lot of blemishes on their faces? Most parents think this is just puberty, but why do some children have these issues while others don't?
Let me tell you, when you see children developing blemishes, immediately consider two points:
1. The liver is supposed to filter fats for our body and eliminate them through bowel movements, right? But now, parents are feeding them too many fat-soluble toxins, and the liver can't keep up with the filtration.
2. Or the liver is already damaged, so the body has to eliminate the toxins through the skin as an alternative, otherwise, the fats will further damage the kidneys.
Have you seen in the newspapers that there are children as young as 8 months old who have liver cancer? Have you ever wondered why? I tell you, it's because they've been fed too many fat-soluble toxins. What are fat-soluble toxins? They are so-called saturated fatty acids, like animal fats, butter, lard, etc.
There's another type of oil that everyone overlooks, called TFAS, or trans-fatty acids. What kind of oil is this? It's what we generally refer to as hydrogenated vegetable oil, margarine, or artificial butter. This oil is found in most Western pastries and cookies. And when we go to eat Korean barbecue, the butter or the butter biscuits served on the side contain this kind of oil.
This oil smells so good when cooking, and it was once thought to be more nutritious than butter. But after decades, it's been discovered that it's processed, and its structure is chemically trans-bonded, making it hundreds of times more toxic than real butter. Time magazine revealed this a few months ago. This oil does not exist in nature, meaning the human body cannot naturally process or digest this kind of oil. Consuming it immediately harms the liver and damages cell membranes, causing cellular defects that affect future replication and regeneration.
As a result, everyone is unaware. If your child loves bread, they might develop a "bread face." Moreover, some mothers don't cook at all, and the whole family eats out. Do you think the self-service restaurants or eateries are using good oil? So now you understand why your child's face is full of blemishes. Their liver might already be damaged by fat-soluble toxins. If parents still don't take this seriously, then beware!
Fats can clog hair follicles, and young men in their 20s start losing hair when washing, beginning to face the era of baldness. Some wives might ask, "My husband and I eat the same things, why does only my husband lose hair, and not me?"
Let's explore the physiological differences between men and women.Do women have menstruation every month? Women expel fat-soluble toxins from their bodies through menstruation each month, which is why only your husbands lose hair. Men cannot eliminate fat-soluble toxins through the same means, leading to what is known as male pattern baldness. We only notice hair loss when washing our hair, but do we see the blockages starting in the heart and brain vessels?
This explains why there are so many cases of heart disease and strokes among modern people.
Furthermore, these fat-soluble toxins accumulate in the bones, gradually causing what is known as degenerative arthritis. These individuals experience joint pain and hand numbness as soon as they consume even a small amount of fat, without fail.
If this continues, these fat-soluble toxins will interfere with the endocrine system, leading to a host of strange ailments, including diabetes. So, if a father has diabetes and the son also has diabetes, don't just assume it's genetic. It's because the father eats greasy food, and the son follows suit. By reducing fat intake, many diabetic patients can normalize their blood sugar levels.
So, how can this phenomenon be called genetic?
Thus, the abnormal accumulation of fat in various parts of our bodies leads to different diseases. Did anyone tell you this when you were young? Did the doctors who prescribed you those colorful pills tell you? No! No wonder their hair is falling out more than your husband's, and their complexion is worse than your husband's. It's strange, why do you take those colorful pills prescribed by those doctors?
"Cancer Cells Are Good Cells" is a thought-provoking article.
Do you know how many eggs you can eat in a week? How many do you eat? The answer is four.
A doctor once showed a translated medical book from Taiwan, pointing to an example.
"I used to definitely exceed the limit, with fried eggs for breakfast, boiled eggs for lunch, and scrambled eggs for dinner. It's convenient and nutritious. Because no one ever told me that eating eggs is not beneficial."
The above monologue appeared at a health lecture, spoken by Mei Xiangyang, a Taiwanese dentist. He sees patients on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and gives free lectures on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, promoting healthy eating to prevent cancer. Listening to his lectures always feels like there's a strong "preaching" tone.
Cancer cells are good cells. Facing the toxic popular dietary culture, he despises it like the devil. In his lectures, he often quotes "How to Prevent Cancer Through Diet," "The New Century Diet," and "Don't Let Doctors Kill You," which are his bibles. Every additional person joining the "Anti-Cancer Long Chain" grassroots organization is his redemption. Not for any other reason, but because he has suffered from it.
At the age of 33, the flourishing Dr. Mei (as he is called in Taiwan) was diagnosed with liver cancer, along with severe fatty liver, kidney pain, and severe gout. A tumor only three centimeters in size caused immense suffering for the then 80 kg (about 176 lbs) chubby man. Doctors are human too; he also thought, "How could this happen to me?" After calming down, he reviewed his life's learnings and examined his personal habits. Over six years, through continuous data collection and organization, he came to understand the true essence of cancer.
"What are cancer cells? Are they your mortal enemy? You're wrong."
At the lecture, he passionately defended the much-maligned cancer cells:
"They are actually your own cells. Cutting, electrocuting, or killing them is all wrong. They became cancer cells to protect you, to encapsulate the excessive toxins in your body, sacrificing themselves."Our bodies contain too many toxins.
"Did you know? The liver is the chemical factory of our body. All fat or fat-soluble toxins must be filtered by the liver. If there are too many toxins to filter, they will enter the bloodstream and then be expelled through the skin. Nowadays, children as young as five or six years old have spotted faces because they consume too much low-quality food."
Listening to Dr. Mei's urgent tone, it suddenly felt suffocating. What! Modern people's diets are really terrible!
As a cancer survivor, he is full of energy, looking much younger than many forty-year-olds. How did he manage to get through it? "It's all about diet."
For the past six years, he has abandoned his lifelong favorites like eggs, milk, and meat, switching to sweet potato soup, vegetables, fruits, and vegetarian nutritional powders. He only eats one proper meal a day and has experienced two major detox reactions, forcefully correcting a severe dietary imbalance.
[Detox Process]
"At that time, I coughed for over a month, with chest and stomach pain, accompanied by cold and fever. What I coughed up was yellow phlegm, sticky and very smelly!"
He said seriously: "Never suppress it with medication. Drink more water, rest for three to five days, and it will be fine. Did you know? No matter what cancer you have, you always end up coughing because toxins turn into mucus and need to be expelled through the lymph. But when doctors see it, they think it's acute pneumonia, and after taking medication, the toxins are forced to stay in the body."
At every lecture, he tells this joke:
"Girls are the luckiest, do you know why? Because the uterus is the body's largest detox organ. The monthly bleeding carries away a lot of accumulated toxins. Boys are not so lucky; without this special channel, the toxins have nowhere to go but up to the head, hence the baldness."
The truth often comes with tears in laughter.
Dr. Mei's Four Steps to Prevent Cancer:
1. Change your lifestyle, avoid eating what you shouldn't (high salt, high oil, high protein vegetarian food is also not recommended).
2. Eat the right things, focus on four lows and one high (low salt, low sugar, low fat, low protein, and high fiber).
3. Understand the meaning of life, activate the power of recovery.
4. Move towards the path of health, calmly accept detoxification.
