Creamer is not milk.
Milk or other dairy products usually have the term "raw milk" in their ingredient list, and the nutrition label will specifically list the calcium content, highlighting them as good sources of calcium intake.
The main ingredients of creamer are palm oil or hydrogenated oil, also known as trans fats. Food manufacturers add sodium caseinate to enhance the milky flavor. In fact, it contains none of the nutrients found in milk. Although it can enhance the flavor of food, it should be used in moderation.
Generally, the allowable daily intake of trans fats for a person is two grams. Two creamer balls contain one gram of trans fats. Consuming too much is just consuming "oil," which is harmful to health.
