Japan's largest cosmetics company received complaints from customers about empty soap boxes. To prevent this from happening again on the production line, engineers worked "hard and diligently" to invent an X-ray monitor to inspect every soap box before shipment. The same problem occurred at a smaller company, and their solution was to purchase a powerful industrial fan to blow away any empty soap boxes.

This is the difference between focusing on the "problem" and focusing on the "solution."

People are often blinded by the dazzling appearance and fail to see the reality behind the illusion.

Shen Yaozi said, "The sun bakes the earth, dissipating all things."
