The four major factors affecting health—fat, mucus, toxins, and stress.

Let's start by discussing fat. If you have a daughter at home, have you noticed at what age she began to develop?

I often give lectures at schools, and nowadays, elementary school students on average start developing around the 4th grade, approximately 9 to 10 years old. Reflecting on our generation, at what age did girls start developing then?

It was after middle school, around 13 or 14 years old. Why is there such a significant difference of 3 to 5 years earlier between generations? Is this genetic? When Western medicine can't find a cause, it often attributes it to genetics.

Is it a good phenomenon that modern girls develop so early? No!

So, do we see modern middle school students with a lot of blemishes on their faces? Most parents think this is just puberty, but why do some children have these issues while others don't?

Let me tell you, when you see children developing blemishes, immediately consider two points:

1. The liver is supposed to filter fats for our body and eliminate them through bowel movements, right? But now, parents are feeding them too many fat-soluble toxins, and the liver can't keep up with the filtration.

2. Or the liver is already damaged, so the body has to eliminate the toxins through the skin as an alternative, otherwise, the fats will further damage the kidneys.

Have you seen in the newspapers that there are children as young as 8 months old who have liver cancer? Have you ever wondered why? I tell you, it's because they've been fed too many fat-soluble toxins. What are fat-soluble toxins? They are so-called saturated fatty acids, like animal fats, butter, lard, etc.

There's another type of oil that everyone overlooks, called TFAS, or trans-fatty acids. What kind of oil is this? It's what we generally refer to as hydrogenated vegetable oil, margarine, or artificial butter. This oil is found in most Western pastries and cookies. And when we go to eat Korean barbecue, the butter or the butter biscuits served on the side contain this kind of oil.

This oil smells so good when cooking, and it was once thought to be more nutritious than butter. But after decades, it's been discovered that it's processed, and its structure is chemically trans-bonded, making it hundreds of times more toxic than real butter. Time magazine revealed this a few months ago. This oil does not exist in nature, meaning the human body cannot naturally process or digest this kind of oil. Consuming it immediately harms the liver and damages cell membranes, causing cellular defects that affect future replication and regeneration.

As a result, everyone is unaware. If your child loves bread, they might develop a "bread face." Moreover, some mothers don't cook at all, and the whole family eats out. Do you think the self-service restaurants or eateries are using good oil? So now you understand why your child's face is full of blemishes. Their liver might already be damaged by fat-soluble toxins. If parents still don't take this seriously, then beware!

Fats can clog hair follicles, and young men in their 20s start losing hair when washing, beginning to face the era of baldness. Some wives might ask, "My husband and I eat the same things, why does only my husband lose hair, and not me?"

Let's explore the physiological differences between men and women.Do women have menstruation every month? Women expel fat-soluble toxins from their bodies through menstruation each month, which is why only your husbands lose hair. Men cannot eliminate fat-soluble toxins through the same means, leading to what is known as male pattern baldness. We only notice hair loss when washing our hair, but do we see the blockages starting in the heart and brain vessels?

This explains why there are so many cases of heart disease and strokes among modern people.

Furthermore, these fat-soluble toxins accumulate in the bones, gradually causing what is known as degenerative arthritis. These individuals experience joint pain and hand numbness as soon as they consume even a small amount of fat, without fail.

If this continues, these fat-soluble toxins will interfere with the endocrine system, leading to a host of strange ailments, including diabetes. So, if a father has diabetes and the son also has diabetes, don't just assume it's genetic. It's because the father eats greasy food, and the son follows suit. By reducing fat intake, many diabetic patients can normalize their blood sugar levels.

So, how can this phenomenon be called genetic?

Thus, the abnormal accumulation of fat in various parts of our bodies leads to different diseases. Did anyone tell you this when you were young? Did the doctors who prescribed you those colorful pills tell you? No! No wonder their hair is falling out more than your husband's, and their complexion is worse than your husband's. It's strange, why do you take those colorful pills prescribed by those doctors?

"Cancer Cells Are Good Cells" is a thought-provoking article.

Do you know how many eggs you can eat in a week? How many do you eat? The answer is four.

A doctor once showed a translated medical book from Taiwan, pointing to an example.

"I used to definitely exceed the limit, with fried eggs for breakfast, boiled eggs for lunch, and scrambled eggs for dinner. It's convenient and nutritious. Because no one ever told me that eating eggs is not beneficial."

The above monologue appeared at a health lecture, spoken by Mei Xiangyang, a Taiwanese dentist. He sees patients on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and gives free lectures on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, promoting healthy eating to prevent cancer. Listening to his lectures always feels like there's a strong "preaching" tone.

Cancer cells are good cells. Facing the toxic popular dietary culture, he despises it like the devil. In his lectures, he often quotes "How to Prevent Cancer Through Diet," "The New Century Diet," and "Don't Let Doctors Kill You," which are his bibles. Every additional person joining the "Anti-Cancer Long Chain" grassroots organization is his redemption. Not for any other reason, but because he has suffered from it.

At the age of 33, the flourishing Dr. Mei (as he is called in Taiwan) was diagnosed with liver cancer, along with severe fatty liver, kidney pain, and severe gout. A tumor only three centimeters in size caused immense suffering for the then 80 kg (about 176 lbs) chubby man. Doctors are human too; he also thought, "How could this happen to me?" After calming down, he reviewed his life's learnings and examined his personal habits. Over six years, through continuous data collection and organization, he came to understand the true essence of cancer.

"What are cancer cells? Are they your mortal enemy? You're wrong."

At the lecture, he passionately defended the much-maligned cancer cells:

"They are actually your own cells. Cutting, electrocuting, or killing them is all wrong. They became cancer cells to protect you, to encapsulate the excessive toxins in your body, sacrificing themselves."Our bodies contain too many toxins.

"Did you know? The liver is the chemical factory of our body. All fat or fat-soluble toxins must be filtered by the liver. If there are too many toxins to filter, they will enter the bloodstream and then be expelled through the skin. Nowadays, children as young as five or six years old have spotted faces because they consume too much low-quality food."

Listening to Dr. Mei's urgent tone, it suddenly felt suffocating. What! Modern people's diets are really terrible!

As a cancer survivor, he is full of energy, looking much younger than many forty-year-olds. How did he manage to get through it? "It's all about diet."

For the past six years, he has abandoned his lifelong favorites like eggs, milk, and meat, switching to sweet potato soup, vegetables, fruits, and vegetarian nutritional powders. He only eats one proper meal a day and has experienced two major detox reactions, forcefully correcting a severe dietary imbalance.

[Detox Process]

"At that time, I coughed for over a month, with chest and stomach pain, accompanied by cold and fever. What I coughed up was yellow phlegm, sticky and very smelly!"

He said seriously: "Never suppress it with medication. Drink more water, rest for three to five days, and it will be fine. Did you know? No matter what cancer you have, you always end up coughing because toxins turn into mucus and need to be expelled through the lymph. But when doctors see it, they think it's acute pneumonia, and after taking medication, the toxins are forced to stay in the body."

At every lecture, he tells this joke:

"Girls are the luckiest, do you know why? Because the uterus is the body's largest detox organ. The monthly bleeding carries away a lot of accumulated toxins. Boys are not so lucky; without this special channel, the toxins have nowhere to go but up to the head, hence the baldness."

The truth often comes with tears in laughter.

Dr. Mei's Four Steps to Prevent Cancer:

1. Change your lifestyle, avoid eating what you shouldn't (high salt, high oil, high protein vegetarian food is also not recommended).
2. Eat the right things, focus on four lows and one high (low salt, low sugar, low fat, low protein, and high fiber).
3. Understand the meaning of life, activate the power of recovery.
4. Move towards the path of health, calmly accept detoxification.

My Struggle

At the age of 33, the prime of my life, I was diagnosed with a 3 cm tumor in my liver at Cathay General Hospital. A CT scan revealed that my liver was severely affected by fatty liver disease (GOT 124 / GPT 220). In addition to liver issues, I experienced kidney pain, reddish urine, and my weight had ballooned to 80 kg. Severe gout had caused a large tophi to form on my right big toe, affecting my right knee joint, forcing me to walk with a cane. Everyday activities like sleeping and using the restroom became excruciating.

I was shocked that such health issues could afflict me in my prime. I re-examined my lifestyle and medical training, realizing that my body was severely imbalanced. Over six years, I researched and identified solutions to these problems. Gradually, my liver improved, my body regained balance, and I began to look younger. Most gratifyingly, this journey also helped some friends regain their health.

Generally, the body begins to age at 35. It’s disheartening to see society’s elites so consumed by their careers that they neglect their health, only to pay a heavy price later. With the Health Department reporting a surge in cancer cases and a decline in the age of onset, I feel compelled, at the urging of friends, to share the truth about cancer prevention. This is a responsibility I owe to my conscience and duty as a physician.

Dr. Terry T. Shintani, in his book *The Way to Prevent Cancer*, clearly states that "over 80% of cancers are preventable" if we awaken and immediately change our dietary habits. He emphasizes the importance of "eating less red meat, fewer eggs, and fewer dairy products" (milk can cause allergies in children and calcium loss in adults). Dr. Jiang Shuhui aptly notes that "fat, mucus (excessive mucopolysaccharide proteins), toxins, and stress are the four major factors disrupting bodily balance." Dr. Henry G. Bieler, in *Food Is Your Best Medicine*, explains that the body has two filtration systems—the liver and kidneys. Fat or fat-soluble toxins should be filtered by the liver, but when overwhelmed, these toxins enter the bloodstream. The body, in its wisdom, diverts these toxins to the skin for elimination, leading to skin issues. If ignored, these toxins can affect hair follicles, causing hair loss (women, with monthly menstruation, have a natural detox mechanism, but post-menopause, excessive consumption of rich foods can lead to various symptoms). Toxins can also affect joints, causing arthritis, and in severe cases, disrupt the endocrine system, leading to conditions like diabetes. The modern diet, laden with refined vegetable oils like margarine, has made me deeply aware that health begins with what we eat.

The issue of mucus is even more significant. As the Chinese saying goes, "Strange illnesses often stem from phlegm," with protein being the main culprit. Children’s nasal allergies and congestion are often caused by excessive protein intake.Due to excessive protein, the body cannot utilize it and must expel it, often in the form of mucus from the lymphatic system's terminal points. When the tonsils and respiratory system's mucous membranes frequently exhibit these phenomena, it indicates an overconsumption of protein. Many parents fail to recognize this as a detoxification process and repeatedly use medication to suppress the symptoms, leading to increasingly severe blockages in the lymphatic system by mucus. This ultimately weakens the immune system, allowing toxins to penetrate inward, reaching the cerebrospinal fluid and resulting in aseptic meningitis. This is the truth behind the deaths of children with enterovirus.

Talk must be accompanied by action.

When we transition from being children to parents, it is time to take up the mantle of upholding social justice and protecting the environment. Whenever someone is surprised by the content of my speeches and moral courage, I always sincerely say, "I hope that incorrect perceptions and concepts do not harm the next generation." This is my heartfelt sentiment and sense of mission. As Dr. Lei Jiunan said, "If billions of Chinese people learn to indulge in excessive eating and drinking and compete to drive large cars, then the Earth's disasters will be unavoidable. In fact, to prevent this disaster, the Chinese truly hold significant influence. Only through awakening and living a simple life can we set a good example. This is not difficult; it starts with correct understanding."

Simply by aligning my knowledge with my actions, I have come to realize that changes in lifestyle and dietary adjustments can cure many diseases without medication. Beyond physical improvement, the mind often resides in a state of peace and joy, and I increasingly discern that many errors in human history stem from an inability to recognize facts and face truths. Thus, I am determined to promote John Robbins' "Diet for a New America" and summarize the theory and experience into a four-part series for cancer prevention:

1. Change lifestyle, focusing on what not to eat.
2. Eat the right things: a diet low in protein, low in fat, low in sugar, low in salt, and high in fiber.
3. Understand the meaning of life and activate the body's healing power.
4. Embark on the path to health and calmly accept detoxification.

"Cancer" is not difficult to prevent if we recognize that "disease enters through the mouth," review our dietary habits, and break the myths and misconceptions of medicine. Let us awaken together; incorrect perceptions and concepts can harm the next generation, and change must begin with knowledge.

Are dairy products the perfect food?

Responsible parents, do not let your ignorance harm your children.

Dairy products also contain a lot of fat and cholesterol. They increase the risk of many types of cancer and heart disease. Additionally, dairy products may be the most significant cause of allergies in children and adults, a fact that has not been given sufficient attention. Recently, a Norwegian study showed a close relationship between high dairy consumption in several countries and diabetes among young people. Furthermore, the American Academy of Pediatrics has recommended that infants under nine months should not be fed whole milk as it can cause infant anemia. So, you see, feeding children whole milk can be fatal.

Is the beef in beef noodles from a bull or a cow?

Cows have higher utilization value.

Additionally, the female calves born.Have their lives gotten better? It doesn't seem so. I want to ask everyone, do people produce milk all the time? No, right? It's only during pregnancy that milk is produced. To make these cows produce milk, businessmen constantly use hormones to induce pregnancy, hoping they can produce more milk during the breeding process, which means a higher return on investment for the businessmen. So when do these cows stop producing milk? Around the age of 4. During these 4 years, they are forced to produce milk relentlessly. After they stop producing milk, are they allowed to retire? No, humans want to utilize their residual value, which means selling them to meat dealers. Think about it, did we have so much beef to eat one or two decades ago? Now, beef noodles and hamburgers are everywhere. Now you know the reason.

Exercise and health are two different things.

Who exercises more than the sprinter Flo-Jo? She passed away before she was 40.

When someone talks to me about exercise, I want to remind everyone, does exercise expel fat from your body? Does it expel excess mucus? Basically, exercise and health are two different things. Exercise does not completely equate to health. Does anyone exercise more than the American sprinter Flo-Jo? She passed away before she was 40. Because Americans love to drink milk, thinking it's low-fat, but that's a lie. Drinking low-fat milk still leads to heart disease and stroke. There is accurate information in the "Diet for a New America."

Is milk a supplement or a poison?

Stop drinking milk for three months and see if your child's allergic condition improves.

Is milk a supplement or a poison? You can ask the partners of the Anti-Cancer Long Chain for this information. Many allergic conditions, cardiovascular diseases, and strokes are related to milk, yet many people insist on drinking it. In the U.S., there are already anti-milk organizations uniting to sue the dairy industry. So if your child has an allergic condition, try stopping their milk intake for three months and see if there's any improvement!!

Must one take hormones during menopause?

Half of American women die without a uterus.

Many women are advised to take hormones during menopause, being told that if they don't, they'll get osteoporosis or diabetes. But the intake of many hormones has led to an increase in breast and uterine cancer rates, leaving women in a dilemma. So let's think about what is missing during menopause? It's the menstrual cycle, which means a detoxification pathway is lost. If you continue to consume heavy, greasy foods, of course, you'll feel uncomfortable. If you change to a lighter diet, the burden will be less, and you won't need these hormones. Especially in the U.S., their medical education teaches that after childbirth, they fear the uterus might develop tumors, so they go to great lengths to recommend that American women have it removed. Is that really the case? Will the uterus definitely develop cancer? Why didn't women in ancient times have this issue? It's because of this erroneous education that half of American women die without a uterus.

About calcium.

Do rhinos and elephants eat dried small fish to supplement calcium?

The claim about supplementing calcium has long been a main reason for considering dairy products as indispensable. I want to ask everyone: Are there other sources of calcium? Some say dried small fish. Is that correct? On the African savannah, do rhinos and elephants eat dried small fish? No! So what do they eat? Secondly, many dark green leaves are rich in calcium, making them a more ideal source of calcium than milk. They have the advantages of being cholesterol-free, low in fat, with moderate protein content, and a high percentage of calcium per unit of calorie. So, take a look at the Nordic people. They consume a lot of dairy products, yet they have the highest rates of osteoporosis. They frequently suffer from fractures; even a slight bump while driving can cause their vertebrae to break. Osteoporosis wasn't originally a problem for us in Taiwan because, in the past, we didn't have so-called Western fast food, and we didn't consume a lot of protein. But now, it's different for the younger generation. When I went to Germany, I noticed that when Germans had their teeth extracted, the teeth were shaped like sharp knives because they were corroded. Many dark green leafy vegetables themselves contain a lot of calcium.

Modern Concentration Camps

We ingest toxic thyroid and adrenaline produced by animal stress.

In the U.S., when chickens are electrically slaughtered, they are hung upside down. Do these chickens feel stressed? Do they produce toxic thyroid and adrenaline in their bodies? Doesn't this resemble a concentration camp? Thus, concentration camps haven't disappeared. These slaughterhouses are modern concentration camps.

The amount of protein humans need is quite low.

Forcing the elderly to drink a lot of milk can shorten their lives by 20 years.

In fact, the amount of protein humans need is quite low. On page 171 of "Diet for a New America," there is detailed information. According to impartial experts, how much protein do we need? The answer is a range. In terms of calorie percentage, a person's daily protein intake should be between 2.5% and 8%. If we calculate by weight, the amount of protein a person can consume per kilogram per day is 0.5 to 0.8 grams. For example, if you weigh 55 kilograms, your daily protein requirement would be between 27.5 grams (55 * 0.5) and 44 grams (55 * 0.8). So, you see, nature has arranged it this way. The milk produced by mothers is exactly 0.5% protein. What about cow's milk? It contains 15% protein. Is it better food for infants? No, the casein in cow's milk is something we humans cannot digest. If you still think milk is better, you might as well drink dog or rat milk!! Many young people bring their elderly relatives from the countryside to the city and force them to drink a lot of milk, which can shorten their lives by 20 years.

The Real Cause of Osteoporosis

Excessive protein intake is the real main cause.

What is the real cause of osteoporosis? Lack of calcium in food is only one of the reasons. Excessive protein intake is the real main cause (Diet for a New America, p. 186). From this data, we can see that if you consume too much protein, no matter how much calcium you take in, it will be lost. Because when we consume too much protein, it creates what is called an acidic constitution. To maintain the pH of body fluids around 7.4, the body extracts alkaline minerals to neutralize it, and calcium from the bones is drawn out. This is the real reason for our bone loss.

The Secret of Chinese Medicine

Reduce the intake of acidic foods.

What are acidic foods? Steak, boiled eggs, cheese, etc. And what are alkaline foods? Vegetables, fruits, etc. When you visit a Chinese medicine practitioner, aren't the herbs they prescribe alkaline? And don't they tell you to avoid certain foods? What should you avoid? It's not just raw radishes; you should avoid those acidic foods.

"Chemical Eggs"

Eggs are an overrated food.

Eggs are an overrated food; their cholesterol is quite high. And have you noticed the color of egg yolks nowadays? They are pale. You can compare them with eggs from organic farming. The eggs nowadays should be called "chemical eggs."
